360 EEC Hosts 2025 Annual Spring Meetings in Calgary

Last week, 360 EEC welcomed team members from all five offices—Calgary, Edmonton, Fort St. John, Fairview, and Estevan—to Calgary for our Annual Spring Meetings. This two-day event brought our full team together for a series of engaging sessions focused on collaboration, learning, and connection.

Day 1 featured company-wide updates from our senior leadership team, including insights into our refreshed core purpose, employee survey results, and key performance indicators, along with exciting updates from across the business. We were also joined by Coach Scott Aberg, who led an interactive problem-solving session that had our leadership team—and the rest of us—thinking creatively (and laughing a little too).

The day closed with recognition of business unit wins and employee milestones, celebrating the incredible work and contributions happening across 360.

Day 2 offered breakout sessions within each business unit, giving teams the chance to dive deeper into new processes, technologies, and best practices—with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

As always, we wrapped up each day with time to connect, recharge, and enjoy some well-earned fun as a team.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this event a success—we’re looking forward to another exciting year ahead!
