Marco Di Marcello

Remembering Our Teammate, Marco Di Marcello

It is with the deepest sorrow that we announce the loss of our 360 EEC teammate, Marco Di Marcello. Alongside six other known casualties, Marco was tragically taken from us two weeks ago during an avalanche in the mountains of Nepal.

We write these words to honor an extraordinary individual: a devoted husband, cherished friend and family member, remarkable teammate, and someone who, for 37 years, truly made the most of every moment.

We also share this note so that those outside our organization who knew Marco, or crossed paths with him, may reflect on a person who, in a short time, made an outsized contribution to our business and our community. His legacy will endure within 360 EEC.

We find some comfort in knowing that Marco was in a place he loved when he passed, always striving to better himself and those around him.

As we remember someone taken far too soon, let the memory of his smile and warmth remind us that he lives on in our hearts and minds.

“Don’t limit your challenge. Challenge your limits!” – Marco Di Marcello
