After 15 days, 27 events and four medal finishes, Team 360 Engineering & Environmental placed fourth out of 31 companies in our division at the Calgary Corporate Challenge 2026! It was an outstanding result in our second year competing, but our main takeaway was how the team came together to make it happen.
New employees jumped right in. Colleagues from every department participated. Our Fort St. John team joined the fun. And when plans changed, people stepped up to ensure we had someone at every event.
Not a single point was lost because we couldn’t field a participant. Even after long days at work, our team showed up for one another.
The Corporate Challenge gave us opportunities to compete, connect and contribute. Alongside the events, our team supported initiatives such as the Canadian Blood Services Blood Challenge and Get Saucy food drive, extending that team spirit into the community.
