Way to go, Team 360 Engineering & Environmental, on the Keg River Summer Program completion!
From initial site visits in mid-July through planning and field execution, our Fairview team coordinated and participated in a complex, helicopter-supported program and completed the work safely over 16 days:
• 79,000 trees planted
• 13,000 pounds of scentless chamomile removed and disposed of
• 16 helicopter-assisted mini-reclamation projects completed
There were plenty of moving parts, including multiple helicopters, quads and Argos, third-party contractors, thousands of trees, and many bags of scentless chamomile transported in and out of the project area.
Everyone worked hard, looked out for one another, and finished safely. The only lingering effects were a few stiff backs among those who joined the weed-picking effort!
