360 EEC Women of Impact: Fairview Office

For International Women’s Day 2026, the 360 EEC team wanted to do more than share a message of appreciation for the women who shape our path and purpose.

We wanted to share their voices.

Our Women of Impact series continues with the team at our Fairview office, where strong leadership and collaboration shape the work we do at 360 Engineering & Environmental.

Led by Denise Bjornson and Tracy Seale, the team brings experience, reliability, and a hands-on approach that supports both people and projects every day.

We’re proud to highlight the Fairview team and recognize the impact they have on our work and the communities they’re part of.

The Fairview office of 360 EEC is driven by an exceptional team, where women make up nearly 60% of the group and play an integral role in its performance and culture. At the helm are Denise Bjornson and Tracy Seale, whose professionalism, experience, and longevity provide steady leadership and guidance to the team.

With 25 years of experience in environmental science, Denise is a dedicated technical manager who invests in developing her team across a wide range of work, from Phase 1 and 2 ESAs to complex remediation programs. Her calm, steady leadership under pressure sets a strong example, and her depth of knowledge keeps both projects and people moving forward. Even while managing a full workload, Denise remains deeply committed outside of work, actively supporting her daughter’s hockey program and travelling across the province to stay involved.

Tracy is a highly experienced senior environmental professional who not only plans but also executes Phase 2 ESA fieldwork across Alberta. With over 22 years working with SHARP – 360 EEC, she provides strong, hands-on leadership in the field, leading 360 EEC’s Phase 2 drill rig team to deliver high-quality work, often in remote and complex conditions. Known for her reliability and practical approach, Tracy plays a key role in ensuring consistent execution, coordination, and project delivery.

Together with their team, the Fairview office demonstrates seamless collaboration and strong performance, operating like a well-oiled machine where every member contributes to the success of both projects and daily operations. Beyond delivering results, the team prioritizes meaningful local community involvement, showing that impact goes beyond the work itself to the communities where they live and operate.

The Fairview team exemplifies the values and standards that make 360 EEC a trusted partner in the communities we serve.
