Mark Ashton Steps Away from President Role

Mark Ashton will be stepping away from his role as President of 360 Engineering & Environmental Ltd., effective February 12th, 2026. While he will no longer be involved in the day-to-day operations, Mark will remain a valued shareholder and one of 360 EEC’s strongest champions.

As a founding partner, Mark played an essential role in launching 360 EEC and shaping it into the organization it is today. His vision helped establish a strong foundation, and his leadership has guided the company’s growth and evolution over the past decade. From how we approach our work to the culture of support, collaboration, and compassion that defines us, Mark’s influence can be felt throughout the organization.

Prior to founding 360 Energy Liability Management in 2015, Mark held both field and office-based roles with a major oilfield services company, where he developed a reputation for visionary leadership and a strong aptitude for improving operational efficiencies. With his post-secondary education and practical experience, he possesses deep knowledge of the oil and gas sector.

Throughout his time with 360 EEC, Mark has demonstrated a commitment to integrity, diligence, and attention to detail; qualities that will continue to shape our culture. His example has fostered an environment grounded in innovative thinking, continuous improvement, and a shared commitment to celebrating success.

We thank Mark for his contributions to 360 Engineering & Environmental and for the role he has played in building a company we are proud of. We look forward to his continued support as a shareholder and advocate of 360 EEC.
