360 EEC Sponsors the 2025 Spirit of the Peace Competition Powwow in Taylor, BC

360 EEC sponsored and attended the 2025 Spirit of the Peace Competition Powwow, in Taylor, B.C.

Despite the rain, the arena was filled with powerful drumming, vibrant regalia, and an enduring sense of community. The event featured dance competitions across all age categories, artisan vendors, and a series of special tributes. Of significance, Mosom Frank Daniels, a respected Elder and cultural leader, was honored in as part of the heartfelt ceremony.

New this year, a single host drum group carried the heartbeat of the entire weekend. They led Grand Entry, accompanied dancers, and provided songs throughout the event. Grand Entry opened each session with a powerful procession led by Elders and flag bearers, as dancers entered the arena in full regalia to honour songs.

360 EEC is proud to support events that bring Nations together, honour Elders, and celebrate the spirit and culture of the Peace Region.
