For our final volunteer profile in this series, we’re highlighting Marci Hamilton, VP of Corporate Services at 360 Engineering & Environmental.
Marci grew up in a small community where helping others was simply part of everyday life. Neighbours showed up when support was needed, families pitched in where they could, and community was built through action.
That mindset continues to shape how Marci approaches both leadership and volunteerism today. She has been a strong champion for the many ways 360 EEC and our team give back to the communities where we live, work, and play.
Her own volunteer efforts have included both the Okotoks and Calgary Food Banks, the Mustard Seed, and work with the Foothills Therapeutic Riding Association, driven by a belief in paying forward the opportunities and support she has experienced throughout her life and career.
“What I’ve come to appreciate even more over the years is the impact organizations can have when they move beyond talking about community support and actively enable it. It’s powerful to work for a company that doesn’t just talk about community support, but actively makes space for employees to give back.”
Many thanks to Marci for her leadership and for the role she continues to play in fostering a culture of community involvement at 360 EEC.
Thank you for following along as we’ve highlighted just a few of the many 360 EEC team members who contribute their time, experience, and care to the communities around them. We’re proud to have them on our team.
