We are looking for Wellsite Managers to join the 360 Consulting USA LLC operations in Bakersfield, California.

Reporting to the 360 Engineering Lead and working in a collaborative professional community, you will be responsible for overseeing and maximizing the potential of our equipment, resources, and the safety of our teams.  The Wellsite Manager is responsible for ensuring collaboration of subcontractors, collection of relevant data, and creation of detailed engineering reports.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with requirements outlined in the well plugging operations plan
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure work is being carried out according to the budget and schedules
  • On site implementation and management of the 360 Health and Safety Management Plan
  • Maximize site productivity by managing and coordinating the work performance, quality, and efficiency of sub-contractors
  • Considerable knowledge in service rig and coiled tubing operations with focus on downhole tools and cementing operations
  • Comprehensive understanding of cased hole logging operations and interpretation
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize activities and allocate resources to drive capital efficiency
  • Create a Safe Work environment by implementing strict HSE guidelines on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations and Safe Work job practices


Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of direct P&A experience
  • Local to California (being local specifically to Bakersfield would be considered an asset)
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
  • Well blowout prevention (IWCF, Wellsharp, Wild Well Control, SECUREWELL)
  • H2S Training (3 hours of course content required)
  • First Aid Training (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or National Safety Council-NSC)
  • OSHA 10-hr General Safety
  • HazCom OR RIGPASS OR SAFELAND
  • HazMat OR RIGPASS OR SAFELAND
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
