Make a Difference
- Coordinate and complete vegetation management and Detailed Site Assessments (DSAs) assessing landscape, soils, and vegetation
- Complete and/or manage Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Coordinate and execute remediation and reclamation programs
- Maintain project schedules and budgets
- Provide technical expertise for reclamation programs
- Collaborate with team members to execute remediation and reclamation projects in surrounding area
- Create reclamation work plans and reclamation reporting/review as a professional
- Review and interpret analytical results
- Foster a culture committed to HSE excellence every day
Utilize Your Education and Expertise
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in environmental science or land reclamation
- Registration with or ability to register with a professional body
- 3-6 years of field experience with ESAs, soil sampling, groundwater monitoring, site remediation, and reclamation
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and guidelines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills
- Motivated by a commitment to excellence and a strong sense of accountability
- Emphasis on team accomplishments over individual success
- Keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated cost control processes
- Good sense of humour and strong admiration of mullet culture is an asset
