Are you an organized record keeper who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you love helping people get the information they need while managing multiple tasks efficiently?

We are seeking a Document Controller to work closely with various team members ensuring our documents meet company policies and regulatory standards. This position will be based out of our south Calgary office.

Your role will involve reviewing documents for accuracy, maintaining records, and providing feedback to improve document quality. If you have at least 2 years of experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, and excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!

Make a Difference

  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure proper formatting and adherence to internal and external standards
  • Verify consistency and integrity of information across various documents
  • Collaborate with different departments to meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of document reviews
  • Prepare reports and summaries of document review activities
  • Utilize document management systems for tracking and archiving
  • Assist in training employees on document control procedures
  • Provide feedback for improving document quality and compliance
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents, including generating transmittals
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to meet service level agreements, deadlines, and timelines


Utilize Your Education and Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years of related records keeping experience 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and MS platform tools
  • Skilled user of Adobe
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience in data entry and processing detailed documentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
